Order Processing
Hoodiesaurus products are made to order. Because each item is produced after your order is placed, please allow 7–12 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on orders shipped within the United States.
Shipping options, costs, and delivery times may expand as Hoodiesaurus grows.
Delivery Times
Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@hoodiesaurus.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, please allow a few extra business days for the carrier to update the delivery status.
If your package appears lost or has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, contact us at support@hoodiesaurus.com with your order number and tracking information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Hoodiesaurus is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address issue, we’ll contact you about next steps.
